Twenty-seven composite lipid species from uninfected and infected RBC microvesicles (RMVs) were quantified via LC-MS/MS. Data are shown as means±SEM (n=3 independent experiments performed in triplicate). Significant difference between uninfected and infected RMVs were calculated by the Student’s t-test. *p≤0.05, **p≤0.01. Abbreviations are listed in the Figure 1 legend, with the additions of PEp=PE plasmologen, PCe=PC ether, PA=phosphatidic acid, MAG=monoacylglycerol, Sulf=sulfatide.
