Effects of ginkgolide C (GC) on adipogenesis-related protein expression in differentiated 3T3-L1 adipocytes. (a) The differentiated 3T3-L1 cells were treated with various concentrations of ginkgolide C for 24 h, and FAS, LPL, and aP2 proteins were detected by western blot (n = 3 per group). β-actin expression was used as an internal control. (b) Real-time PCR results show FAS, LPL, and aP2 gene expression. The fold expression levels were measured relative to the expression of β-actin (internal control).
