In vitro combination effect in MAI Paca‐2. Target cells were treated with various concentrations of conditionally replicative adenovirus (CRAd) (0.001–10 vp/cell) combined with gemcitabine (Gem) or 5‐fluorouracil (FU) (0.025–0.250 μM or 1–256 μM).
