GBM patients with longer survival time (≥20 mo) have higher levels of CD3⁺ but not CD4⁺ and CD8⁺ T cells. (A) Patients who survived longer had higher levels of CD3⁺ T cells at 3 and 12 weeks after surgery. (B and C) Survival did not differ in patients with high vs. low levels of CD3⁺ cells before and 3 weeks after surgery (D and G). No significant differences in CD4⁺ and CD8⁺ T-cell levels were observed in GBM patients with long-term survival.
