PASI score well correlated with all the dietary components, except for protein and total carbohydrates. Correlations between variables were performed using Pearson r and Spearman’s rho correlation coefficients. After adjusting for BMI and number of parameters of metabolic syndrome, the associations between PASI score and nutrient intake were mainly preserved.
