Phylogenetic tree based on the analysis of 409 nucleotides within NS5B region. The tree is out grouped to the corresponding sequence of the congenital tremor (GenBank Acc. No. JQ411575) isolate and constructed using the neighbour-joining method. Numbers at the node represent the bootstrap values after 500 replicates. Present Karnataka isolates are in bold.
