Clustering analysis with PET texture features. LDA with 15 selected texture features which had significant association with tumor subtypes showed 0.64 of linear separability. There were 5 of 30 misclassified lesions (a). LDA with 24 selected texture features showed accurate discrimination between ADC and SqCC without misclassification.
