Design of AND gate based on two promoters. The first promoter was linked with transcription of amber suppressor tRNA supD and second T7 RNA polymerase. Polymerase was modified to contain two amber stop codons and translated as serine when supD was transcribed and T7 pol was expressed when both SupD and T7ptag mRNA are present.
