PolyQ-expanded Atx7 sequesters USP22 into inclusions in cells as visualized by confocal microscopy. A, sequestration of overexpressed USP22. Atx710Q-GFP or Atx7EPQ-GFP (100Q) was cotransfected with FLAG-USP22 into HEK 293T cells, and the cells were visualized by confocal fluorescence microscopy.
