Allosteric cooperativity from ENM or ITC data
The ratio of the second to first dissociation constants for ligand (K2/K1) for wild type CAP protein was calculated from the ENMs or obtained by ITC. The p value is for a comparison of means to the wild type for the ITC column (one-way analysis of variance with post hoc Dunnett test).
