The analysis of expression was performed using quantitative PCR (qPCR) technique in the whole brain homogenate during subsequent phases of ChREAE. 1 Naïve—nonimmunized control animals. 2–4 Groups of animals with ChREAE: first attack of ChREAE, remission and the second attack.
