Expression of CCL19 and CCL21 in PBMC and mononuclear inflammatory cells isolated from the CNS (CNS infiltr) during ChREAE. Analysis of CCL19 and CCL21 expression in PBMC was performed in normal control (NAIVE) and during the first attack of ChREAE (EAE-PBMC, EAE-PBMC) using qPCR. Isolation of PBMC and mononuclear cells from the CNS is described in detail in “Materials and methods”. In each group 5–12 animals were used. Healthy (naïve) animals were used as a control. Two identical experiments were done. Results from the representative experiment are shown. Significance is denoted as **p ≤ 0.01; ***p ≤ 0.001
