Phylogenetic tree highlighting the relationship of the Dinoroseobacter phage vB_DshP-R1 (shown in bold) to other N4-like viruses. The tree is based on aligned sequences of DNA polymerases, using the Bacillus phage B103 as the outgroup. These sequences were all collected from NCBI and aligned using CLUSTALW [28] and their evolutionary analysis was inferred through the neighbor-joining method using MEGA6 [29] and auto settings. The bootstrap consensus was set as 1000 replicates.
