Induction of nucleotide binding domain and leucine-rich repeat pyrin 3 domain (NLRP3)-inflammasome related proteins in peripheral whole blood cells, upon sequential stimulation with lipolysaccharide (LPS) (250 pg/mL, 2 h) and ATP (5 mM, 20 min), in healthy individuals and patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA).
