Structures of novel 2-AMTs from three structural subgroups. IND24 analog IND114338 (1); compounds with a phenyloxazole C-ring, including the 2-AMT analog of Compound B, IND124 (2), and hybrids with other A/B-ring chemotypes, IND125 (3) and IND126 (4); and a compound with a modified C-ring, IND126461 (5). Synthesis and initial PK parameters of (1) and (5) were reported previously (Li et al., 2013).
