lkb1 restricts Yki target expression in the larval CB. Expression levels of the Yki targets Ex (B), Kib (D), and the transcriptional reporter ex-lacZ (F) are elevated in hsFLP/FRT-generated lkb1 mutant clones in the CB of third instar larvae compared with wild-type clones (A, C, and E).
