(B) Huh-7 cells were inoculated with HCVcc in the presence of each molecule separately at 50 μM and incubated for 2 h. The inoculum was removed and replaced with fresh medium without the compounds. DMSO was used as a control. (C) Huh-7 cells were infected with HCVcc in the presence of the concentrations of delphinidin or EGCG shown. Numbers of infected cells were quantified by immunofluorescence assay. Data are normalized to the DMSO control, which is expressed as 100% infection.
