Observation of morphological changes of HT-29 cells treated with EESB. Cells were treated with various concentrations of EESB and/or IL-6 for 24 h. The morphology of the cells was observed under a phase-contrast microscope. Images were captured at a magnification of x200. EESB, ethanol extract of Scutellaria barbata D. Don; IL-6, interleukin-6.
