Types of test organisms used for evaluation of biological effects of selected ENMs in NanoE-Tox database. For each ENM, the left column represents the number of entries and right column represents the number of respective publications in the database. The database entries were selected based on bibliometric data search in Thomson Reuters WoS using the keywords as indicated in Table 1 as of January 6, 2015. The number of papers and entries for different ENMs is also presented in Figure 2.
