CD4⁺ T cells isolated from lymph nodes of EAU mice at 14 days after injection of hIRBP(1–20) and maintenance on an ω-6 or ω-3 LCPUFA diet were incubated in the absence or presence of hIRBP(1–20) for 48 h, after which the concentrations of IFN-γ (A) and IL-17 (B) in the culture supernatants were measured with ELISAs.
