Table 1. miRNA-10b expression correlates with survival and recurrence in human medulloblastoma patient samples.

Human biopsy samples were subjected to RNA extraction followed by generation of cDNA, and subjected to RT-PCR for analysis of miRNA-10b expression. The fold expression of miRNA-10b was compared to the normal cerebellar control. miRNA-10b expression was correlated with the patients’ clinical and pathological history.
