The supernatants were collected after the CD8⁺ T cells were stimulated with anti-CD3/CD28 stimulation for 6 or 24 h. TGF-β1 was detected by ELISA, and IL-10, IFN-γ, IL-2, and TNF-α were detected by CBA. (b) The real-time RT-PCR analysis of the TGF-β1, IL-10, IFN-γ, IL-2, and TNF-α mRNA expression in the CD8⁺ T cells cultured with or without SK-OV-3.
