Significant differences in annual relative proportions were used to examine three directional shifts of larvae and spring- and fall-collected adults separately; therefore, individual taxon could have shifted in as many as three directions (A). Slopes that were significantly different than zero indicated a significant change in distribution in one of the directions: along-shelf, cross-shelf, or depth (B).
