aPrimary-level facilities conduct outpatient, prenatal, well-child, and maternity services with some larger facilities having x-ray capabilities, minor emergency care, and inpatient beds. Secondary-level facilities provide some specialized care including advanced laboratory, radiology capabilities, blood banks, and major surgical wards. Quaternary-level facilities have a large staff of healthcare workers including numerous specialties such as neurology, cardiology, neuro-surgery, oncology, psychiatry, etc
