Effects of miR-205 on cell migration and invasion of NPC cells. (A) Cell migration was determined by a wound healing assay. The promotion rates of cell migration were 56.8% in CNE2 cells (P=0.003), 108.6% in 6-10B cells (P=0.003) and 95.2% in 9-4E cells (P=0.004) after transfection with miR-205. (B) Cell invasion was determined by a Transwell assay. The number of invaded cells was increased in CNE2, 6-10B and 9-4E cells by 61.4% (P=0.000), 67.4% (P=0.008) and 86.6% (P=0.003), respectively, after transfection with miR-205.
