Murine body weight was measured prior to and following experimental treatment. At the end of the experiment, the tumor samples from both the control and EAEHJ groups were harvested and weighed. The inhibitory effects of experimental treatment on tumor growth were evaluated by calculating the tumor growth inhibition rates. The tumor growth inhibition rates were calculated as follows: tumor inhibition rate = (1-average tumor weights of the treatment group/average tumor weight of control group) × 100. The data are presented as the mean ± standard deviation (n=8).
