CEP170 knockdown impairs MT assembly in cells infected with C. trachomatis. HeLa cells were transfected with CEP170-siRNA or control-siRNA and infected with C. trachomatis. After 48 h (top panels) or 66 h (lower panels), MTs were depolymerized then allowed to regrow for 5 or 20 min prior to fixation.
