C57BL/6 mice were immunized with MOG35–55 in complete Freund’s adjuvant. At days 3 and 8 post-induction (black arrows), mice were administered either murine MSCs or phosphate-buffered saline vehicle. Mice were scored daily in a blinded fashion. Data shown are a combination of two independent experiments. Statistical analysis was done with the Mann-Whitney U-test.
