(A) Cell proliferation (% of control) of human breast cancer cell lines showed IC50s (μM) of VK3 for MCF-7 (25.1), SK-BR3 (11.3), BT474 (22) and MDA-MB-231 (17). (B) PCR assay of several types of breast cancer cell lines. In the treated cell lines, MCF-7 and BT474 were found to be hormonal receptor-positive and SK-BR3 to be HER2-positive by PCR.
