Over-expression of miRNA-126 promotes cell proliferation and colony formation in vitro. A. Fold changes in miR-126 expression are illustrated by qRT-PCR after the transfection of miR-control, miR-126 mimics or inhibitors at 100 nM for 24 h. B. Cells transfected with the indicated oligonucleotides at 100 nM for 48 h were subjected with CCK-8 analysis. C. Cells transfected with the indicated oligonucleotides at 100 nM were detected with colony formation assay. D and E.
