Taproot–shoot ratio of the HS and LS genotype in experiments 1 and 2
Ratios were calculated by dividing the fresh weight of the inoculated (+ C.b.) by that of the non-inoculated (– C.b.) treatment. Variations were determined by calculating the propagation of error according to Barlow (1989).
