Mice were pre-treated with 2 μg CpG (free or NP-conjugated) on days 1, 3, and 5. They were then sensitized with 15 μg HDM on days 8, 10, and 12. Finally, they were challenged with 15 μg HDM on days 22, 24, and 26, and sacrificed on day 30. All solutions were delivered via the pulmonary route. (A) Experimental timeline.
