* The strength of the correlations was defined as: absent (rs < 0.20), weak (0.20 ≤ rs < 0.35), moderate (0.35 ≤ rs < 0.50), or strong (rs ≥ 0.50). Randomization tests (based on 10,000 permutations) for paired data were used to determine if the correlations were significantly different between the versions of the survey with significance at p ≤ 0.05; VAS = visual analog scale.
