Effect of TCE, TCA and DCA on Th1 cytokine gene expressions in Jurkat cells. Cells were pretreated with TCE (0.5 and 3.0 mM), TCA (0.5 and 1.0 mM) and DCA(0.5 and 3.0 mM) for 16h and then stimulated with PMA(50ng/mL) and Ion (1 mM) for 4 h. The IL-2 (A) and IFN-γ (B) mRNA expression levels were analyzed by real-time PCR.
