TNF-α potentiates lumican accumulation in fibroblasts. Human fibroblasts were cultured in the absence (A and C) or the presence (B and D) of 50 ng/mL TNF-α for 2 d. Cells were then air-dried, fixed, and stained with rabbit irrelevant antibodies (A and B) or anti-lumican antibodies (C and D).
