α2 integrin small molecule inhibitor BTT 3033 inhibits lumican-induced fibrocyte differentiation. PBMC were incubated in the presence or absence of 500 nM BTT3033 for 30 min, and then cultured in the presence or absence of 10 μg/mL lumican or decorin.
