The selected core network and whole mouse network are linked by the documented functional interedractions from various databases (see “Methods”). Genes in each network are indicated in and some of their nearest neighbors are indicated by grey nodes. The top 15 % up-regulated genes within chromosome X of TC10 were selected, and their distribution in each type of cells was compared, and showed the difference between cells
