Levels of CXCL10 and CXCL9 production in PBMC stimulated with type I and II interferons (IFNs). Sandwich ELISA was used to assay for CXCL10 (a) and CXCL9 (b) contents in supernatants from cells stimulated with type I (IFN-α and IFN-β at 10⁴ U/mL) and type II (IFN-γ at 1 μg/mL) IFNs for 24 h.
