The expression levels of various genes involved in Wnt pathway in PITX2 depleted and control MBAMB231 cells were determined by qRT-PCR. Four independent sets of PITX2 depleted clones and mock transduced cells were used in the analysis. The values were normalized to GAPDH and the fold difference calculated by ddCt method.
