Mean (M) and standard error of the mean (SEM) for the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), total 30-item self-report Inventory of Depressive Symptomatology (IDS-SR30), somatic (IDS som), and cognitive IDS subscale (IDS-SR30cog) as well as the Quick IDS (QIDS-SR) 16-item short version. Multiple sclerosis patients were diagnosed as depressed major depressive disorder (MDD) and nondepressed (no MDD) via structured clinical interviews (The Mini International Neuropsychiatric Interview, M.I.N.I.).
