(A) Gold surface treated with 20 μg/ml of Gp6 and incubated with M. smegmatis cells; (B) same as A but MAP cells were used; (C) same as A but with M. marinum cells; (D) the surface was treated in a same way as in (A), except that it was not exposed to the recombinant protein prior to incubation with M. smegmatis cells.
