Labeling densities were calculated for on plasma membrane (onPM per μm), near plasma membrane (nrPM per μm), cytoplasm (Cyto per μm2) or total (per μm2). Labeling density of GluN1 SIG for dendrites lacking CRF1-EGFP (A, B). Following AngII, the density of GluN1 SIGs in non-CRF1-EGFP dendrites significantly increased in the cytoplasm in males (C) but significantly decreased in the near plasma membrane and total in females (D). *P < 0.05
