1) <TAH: No hysterectomy or debulking.

2) TAH: Hysterectomy +/− adnexal procedure.

3) Debulking: Any staging (omentectomy, lymph node dissection, peritoneal biopsies) or tumor debulking beyond hysterectomy/salpingo-oophorectomy, excluding bowel surgery.

4) Bowel surgery: Any small or large bowel procedure.
