Effect of temperature on lumichrome production. (A) Cultivation method. The isolated strain was cultivated for 10 h in 10 ml of nutrient medium, pH 7.0, containing 1.0 μmol riboflavin. (B) Resting cell method. Lumichrome production was carried out with 200 mg of cells for 8 h in 10 ml of 10 mM KPB, pH 7.0, containing 50 μmol riboflavin.
