CASSCF results without and with SOC are shown. Only the three Rh t2g orbitals were active30 in CASSCF. By subsequent MRCI calculations, the relative energies of these states change to 0, 85, 95 without SOC and 0, 235, 285 meV with SOC included. Only one component of the Kramers’ doublet is shown for each spin-orbit wave function.
