Effects of AhR siRNA on the TCDD-inhibited Proliferation, Migration, and Viability of HUVECs and HUAECs. Cells were treated with the vehicle control or transfected with the scrambled (ssiRNA) or AhR siRNA for 2 days. After transfection, cells were treated with TCDD (10 nM) for 4 days (for cell proliferation, A and B), with TCDD (10 nM) for 2 days (for cell migration, C), or with TCDD (100 nM) for 4 days (for cell viability, D and E) in CGM with a daily change of TCDD, followed by the cell proliferation, viability, and migration assays. Data are expressed as means ± SEM % of the vehicle (Veh; n = 5-6). *Differ from Veh (p < 0.05).
