Cis-inhibition of [3H]penciclovir (∼30 nM) uptake into CHO-OAT2-tv1 cells by Kreb’s cycle intermediates. The concentration of each Kreb’s cycle intermediate was 1 mM. Uptake was conducted for 5 min. Glutamate (1 mM) or furosemide (200 μM) were used as positive control inhibitors.
