WT neutrophils collected from peritoneal lavages, 1 d post-thioglycolate injection were incubated in culture medium supplemented with 300 µM OA (18:1) (A) or AA (20:4) (B) for 6 h, after which, the medium was replaced by serum-free DMEM containing ATGL or ATGL/HSL inhibitors. After 4 and 6 h of starvation, LDs were quantified by flow cytometry.
