Allergenic activity of rDer p 2 and Der p 2 peptides determined by CD203c expression. Basophils from eight house dust mite-allergic patients were incubated with various concentrations of rDer p 2, an equimolar mixture of the five peptides, an equimolar mixture of the five keyhole limpet hemocyanin-coupled peptides, anti-IgE and buffer (Co) (x-axes).
