For concision, ribosomal and non-coding genes we excluded from this table (their expression values can be found in Supplementary Table S1). Melanocyte specific pigmentation genes are highlighted in bold and, for comparison of expression levels, commonly used housekeeping genes (GAPDH and β-actin) are shown in dark grey background.
